Biotechnology Specialist, MicroScan^TM

Responsibilities

• Identify and introduce trending microbial research-related bio-technologies to our research platforms.
• Set up new bio-technique platforms with potential applications in microbial research.
• Work with the research team to support better adaptations of microbial research-related bio-technologies.
• Present project plans and ongoing progress on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in microbiology and cell biology is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant microbial research and microfluidics studies.
• Proficiency in microbial research-related bio-technologies, such as microfluidics, microbial identification and phenotype analysis.
• Proven abilities in project design and management, and capable of leading a research team.
• Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
