Research Scientist/Project Manager, MicroScan^TM

Job Description

We are looking for research scientists/project managers to lead the research and development (R&D) group focused on MicroScan^TM technology platform, including but not limited to microbial identification services, phenotype analysis services, compounds screening services and quorum sensing analysis services.

To successfully provide high-quality MicroScan^TM technology platform services to our customers, candidates are expected to have work experience in microbial research and microfluidics studies.

Responsibilities

Design and operate microbial research and microfluidics studies to fulfill the needs of our clients with support from the research team.
Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection, and data analysis complying with all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards.
Ensure timely delivery of the results requested by our clients without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in microbiology and cell biology is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in microbial research and microfluidics studies.
Proficiency in microbial research and microfluidics studies, especially in the area of microbial identification, phenotype analysis, compounds screening and quorum sensing analysis.
Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
